There has been changes in the infrastructure and population of Sector 135 Noida. Large number of IT companies have found their place in Sector 135. Metro train has finalized its station in Sector 137 just opposite to Accenture building. Metro is expected top reach there by October 2017. Sector 135 Noida is one of the prime sectors of Noida. It is located on the 8 lane Noida Greater Noida Expressway( now known as Jaypee Yamuna e way to Agra).
Sector has Sea View Special Economic Zone having companies like steria, accenture, TCS etc. ATS Group has also made their office in Sector 135.
The major incentives and facilities available to SEZ developers include:-
- Exemption from customs/excise duties for development of SEZs for authorized operations approved by the BOA.
- Income Tax exemption on income derived from the business of development of the SEZ in a block of 10 years in 15 years under Section 80-IAB of the Income Tax Act.
- Exemption from minimum alternate tax under Section 115 JB of the Income Tax Act.
- Exemption from dividend distribution tax under Section 115O of the Income Tax Act.
- Exemption from Central Sales Tax (CST).
- Exemption from Service Tax (Section 7, 26 and Second Schedule of the SEZ Act).
Prime attraction of the sector is Duplex Houses made by the Noida authority. These are multi crore houses built on 180 square meters of land.
Noida authroity has build 1000 LIG flats also. Besides Today group has built a housing project here.
